Outlook does not display picture


Have you received an email saying please find the picture below, but the picture is on the attachment not on the body of email.

Or sending out a nice an beautiful layout of graphics hoping to impress a colleague or client only to find out that the the graphics doesn't display correctly in Outlook or either in the mobile phone.

HTML Tables has been a big help for web designers or developers before the CSS era or other good platforms at this time.

Well, if picture is not displaying properly in Outlook or mobile phone. Embedding or inserting the picture in a Table, seems to be a good quick solution in inserting pictures via Outlook and it will display properly in mobile phone also.

When composing email in Outlook, click on the Insert option and click on insert table. If sending two pictures, you can insert a two rows or two columns and insert the picture on each row or column.

After sending out the email, check the email in Outlook or mobile phone and if everything goes okay the picture should appear on the table and not on the attachment.

This might work on a single or two emails but if sending out emails for marketing make sure that email platform supports table.

In new versions of Outlook, click on "Pop Out". Insert table is not available unless the email compose has its own window.

WMIC get computer name

WMIC get computer model, manufacturer, computer name and  username. WMIC is a command-line tool and that can generate information about computer model, its manufacturer, its username and other informations depending on the parameters provided. Why would you need a command line tool if there’s a GUI to check? If you have 20 or 100 computers, or even more. It’s quite a big task just checking the GUI to check the computer model and username. How to check office version from command line

The are quite a few ways to check office version it can be done via registry, PowerShell or VBScript and of course, good old command line can also do it. Checking Windows office version whether it is Office 2010, Office, 2013, Office 2016 or other version is quite important to check compatibility of documents; or just a part of software inventory. For PowerShell this simple snippet can check the office version: $ol = New-Object -ComObject Excel.Application $ol . Version The command line option will tell you where’s the path located; the result will also tell whether office is 32-bit, 64-bit and of course the version of the office as well.
